Delete your account

You can delete your Kidverse account directly inside the app, or request deletion without installing or opening the app using the instructions on this page.
Inside the app
Open the parents' area (it asks a question for grown-ups), then Account, then "Delete account and data", and confirm. The account is removed from the service at once.
To erase what the app kept on the device itself, choose "Remove from this device" in the same place, or remove the app.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Kidverse account", ideally from the address you signed in with through Apple or Google. If you used Apple's Hide My Email or lost access to the account, tell us and we will help.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting, process verified requests within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
The parent account record, the child profiles linked to it (name or nickname, age band, buddy, grade, subject and path), their synced progress, consent records, devices and sessions, and the link to Apple or Google (we revoke the Apple authorization through Apple itself).
Remaining copies of deleted account data in backups are removed within 30 days. Routine technical request logs are normally deleted within 30 days; information that must be kept longer for a specific security investigation or legal obligation is kept only for that purpose and then deleted.
