Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These are the terms for using the Kidverse app and website, written in plain words. They are intended for parents and legal guardians: by permitting a child to use Kidverse, the parent or legal guardian agrees to them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Who the app is for

Kidverse is a learning app for children from KG to Grade 6, with English, Math and Connect Plus, used with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Children do not need to create accounts or accept legal terms. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for the optional account and for cloud-sync decisions.

The parents' area, signing in and deleting the account are for grown-ups only and are protected by a question for grown-ups.

What you may do

We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app on your devices to teach your children at home.

You may not copy, sell, republish or use the app or its content commercially, nor take it apart or try to reach its servers in ways the app does not offer.

Price

Kidverse currently provides free access without purchases or subscriptions. One child can play on a device without signing in; after a parent signs in, up to six children can be added at no cost. Any other limit is described inside the app before it applies.

If paid plans are added later, we will update these terms first, prices will be shown clearly before you buy, and payment will go through the App Store or Google Play.

The parent account

Signing in is optional and uses Apple or Google. Creating a parent account does not by itself authorize uploading children's profiles or progress; separate parental consent is required. You are responsible for the device and the account you sign in with.

You can delete your account directly from the parents' area, or request deletion through the public Delete account page of this website. Deletion permanently removes the account's synced data, subject to the backup-deletion period in the privacy policy; data on the device is removed separately with "Remove from this device".

Content

The lessons, art, characters, voices and texts in Kidverse belong to Kidverse or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.

Kidverse provides interactive educational content based on the curricula supported in the app. We aim for accuracy and welcome reports of mistakes, but Kidverse supplements rather than replaces formal teaching.

Availability and changes

We may improve, correct, add or retire lessons and features. Where a material change affects an existing learning path, we aim to explain it clearly in the app.

The service is provided "as is"; we work to keep it available and safe, without guaranteeing that it always runs without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Stopping

You can stop using the app, remove it and delete the account at any time. We may suspend an account that is used against these terms or in a way that harms the service or others.

Changes to these terms

We publish updated terms with a revised date above. For material changes we notify parents in the app and ask for renewed acceptance where applicable law requires it.
